  1. Why is the Auditee Feedback important?
This feedback is recognized by PRI as an invaluable means for Auditees to provide comments on Nadcap auditor performance. Auditees who have committed to a Nadcap accreditation can offer insight into auditor performance that PRI cannot otherwise access. After audits, some Auditees have commented on the inconsistency between audits, therefore your input will be valuable. The data collected enables us to work towards auditor consistency, auditor excellence, and target areas for improvement
  2. How is the Auditee Feedback Used?
The feedback provided by Auditees via the Auditee Feedback form inputs directly into the Customer Service section of the overall auditor evaluation form. The auditor evaluation form also includes PRI Staff Engineer feedback on Timeliness, Administrative Completeness, Documentation of NCR's, Job Audit/Compliance Testing, and Effectiveness. The data collected from the auditor evaluations is used to target areas for individual and group auditor training.
  3. Who will be able to see the feedback?
PRI Staff reviewers and Task Group Subscriber Voting members.
  4. Whom do I contact if I have additional questions about Auditee Feedback?
If your questions are related to eAuditNet functionality, please contact the eAuditNet support help desk at eAuditNetSupport@p-r-i.org or +1(724) 772-8679. If your questions are auditor specific, you can contact the PRI Staff Engineer assigned to review your audit. The assigned reviewer can be found in eAuditNet by using the Supplier Audits application and clicking on the audit number. A complete list of PRI Staff contact information can be found by clicking on the Contact Us link located in the upper right corner of the eAuditNet pages.
  5. Will this be an ongoing evaluation?
With Nadcap's open communications policy and desire to improve, this feedback will be continuous.
